**HEAD RECEPTIONIST at Clinique Médicale STEP Cote St-Luc**

Join a team of highly skilled doctors and staff at a newly built clinic. Our family medicine centre will also offer specialized pediatric care.

**Overview**:
We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive impression for our patients.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Provide information to callers and visitors regarding procedures and services offered at our clinic
- Assist with managing appointment schedules
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating patient information in electronic medical records
- Assist with filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed
- You manage inventory and ensure the aesthetics and cleanliness of the clinic when needed.

**Experience**:

- Experience as a receptionist, medical secretary, or administrative assistant in a doctor's office AND/OR have strong customer service/patient care skills.
- You are comfortable with computers, technology, and Google Workspace; knowledge of EMR systems is an asset.
- You demonstrate a patient care skills and good emotional intelligence.
- You stand out for your organizational and collaborative skills as well as your ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- You especially thrive in a dynamic environment and when working as a team.
- **Schedule**: You have flexible work availability from Monday to Friday (7:00 am-5:00 pm), with occasional Saturdays & Sundays.

**Required**: You have excellent communication skills, **you speak English **_**et français également**_._

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 - 40 per week

- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- DCS / DEC (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 2 years (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English, French (required)
