Entry-Level Sales Representatives
Fast growing home service company is seeking entry level sales reps to join their growing team in Cambridge. Looking for individuals who are Positive, Enthusiastic, Energetic and Self-Motivated Individuals.

The Entry Level Sales Rep should enjoy interaction with the consumers, communicating products and services, and conducting themselves with professionalism, optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face
of the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify the specific needs of customers and offer solutions.
- Deliver excellent customer experience.
- Fill out questionnaire for attic assessments.
- Schedule appointments for technicians.
- Organize paperwork and calendar scheduling.
- Conduct yourself with optimism, empathy, and integrity as the face of the company.

Qualifications:

- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent customer service abilities
- An ambitious self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Good in time management, evaluating priorities, and accomplishing goals.
- Self-motivated.
- Demonstrated ability to be a team player.
- Sales experience is an asset but not needed.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $33,500.00-$55,500.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
