The Uni-Spray product range is highly diverse and includes four core product lines, our proprietary range of pre-treatment spraying systems that is the foundation of the Uni-Spray name, our ever-expanding line of packaging machinery wear parts, Amerispray brand metal spray nozzle line and our extensive custom injection molding, design, and engineering services.

Job Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for generating existing and new customer sales, and for increasing account penetration and market share. Your customer interactions may include, quoting, program presentation, customer follow-up, and end user sales support.

Your specific duties in this role will include:

- Contacting potential customers through various means of communication to present company benefits, and to seek customer commitment to purchase
- Qualifying each customer and/or prospect to determine sales potential
- Engaging in active listening in order to acquire a full understanding of each customer’s needs
- Handling customer issues on behalf of the company and resolving any issues
- Analyzing customer purchases and historical trends to define future sales prospects
- Retaining customers with follow up calls and marketing efforts
- Identifying opportunities with low-volume and inactive accounts
- Order entry, Creating quotes and proposals, Review engineering drawings and Technical Quotations
- Report regularly on customers account status with other Sales Reps and Sales Manager.
- Back up support to assist Product Services Coordinator with order entry/verification and shipping including couriers, LTL and international shipments
- Management of CRM system and lead tracking Qualifications

Excellent computer skills, verbal and written communication skills
Industrial Inside Sales Experience
Experience with spraying equipment would be an asset

This is full time permanent Salary position in a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility.

Salary to commensurate with experience; position Includes Company paid benefit package after 3 months probation
