**Salary**: Starting at 25.00/hours until 3 month probationary period is successfully completed, then jump to 30.00/hour with annual cost of living raises after that.

We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable **Executive Sales Representative** to join our team and support our mission to deliver trusted forensic solutions.

**Job Summary**:
As an Office Salesperson, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of digital forensics products (e.g., forensic imaging devices, data recovery tools, mobile device analyzers, etc.) to new and existing clients. You’ll serve as a key point of contact, guiding clients through product features, specifications, pricing, and support. Training for this is provided. You will work directly with Quickbooks Online in providing both Estimated and Invoices to end user of our products, services and training.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively reach out to potential customers and follow up on leads.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and demonstrations (online or in-office).
- Prepare and send professional quotations, proposals, and product documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the technical and marketing teams to improve sales strategies.
- Stay updated on digital forensics trends, tools, and customer needs.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions as needed.
- Search through Government tender websites for possible sales opportunities.
- Process and manage tender sales opportunities found.
- Multilingual an added benefit to us for dealing with Clients in Quebec and the EU.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience (1-3 years preferred), ideally in technology or digital forensics fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player that can work in a group environment.
- Basic understanding of digital forensics tools or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software like Quickbooks online.
- Self-motivated with a professional and goal-oriented attitude.
- Self motivated.
- Ability to deal with stress in high volume sales environment.
- Organized and able to deal with deadlines without stress.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience selling to law enforcement, legal, or cybersecurity sectors.
- Technical background.
- Knowledge of digital forensic tools such as Cellebrite, Magnet AXIOM, X-Ways, Open Text and Exterro type product lines
- Basic knowledge in digital forensics hardware based tools..
