**Job Title**:Inside Sales Representative
- **Location**: 620 Finlayson Street, Victoria, B.C.
- **Salary**:50k + commission up to 75k
- **Job Type**:Full-time, Monday to Friday

**The Job**:
As an Inside Sales Rep, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining client relationships with independent and local companies. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our local market presence and driving revenue growth. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product’s value propositions.
- Provide prospects with quotes, negotiate pricing terms, and discuss contract deals to close deals within the parameters of the Company’s pricing policy.
- Nurture existing client relationships by providing on-going support, addressing inquiries, and upselling additional products.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage contacts, and maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Coordinate sales efforts with other members of the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive customer information and adhere to Company data protection and security policies.

**Skills**:

- Communication: Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds and establish strong relationships.
- CRM Software: Familiarity with HubSpot and HubSpot CRM.
- Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, prioritize opportunities, and adapt tactics based on market trends and client feedback.
- Tenacity: Demonstrates resilience, determination, persistence, and grit.

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent; Post secondary degree is preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in a sales role.
- Experience in the tech industry is preferred.
- Experience using HubSpot and HubSpot CRM.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
