We are excited to be hiring Inside Sales Representatives in both of our Victoria locations _(Wilfert Road or 602 John Street) _

We are looking for pro-active and enthusiastic individuals to join our teams. The Inside Sales Representatives will be responsible for assisting both walk-in and telephone customers by providing them exceptional customer service.

**What you will do**:

- Write up customer orders for pick-up and delivery
- Handle cash/sales transactions
- Perform product lookup using manufacturer’s software.
- Ensure attention to detail and accuracy in order entry for customers.
- Ensure orders are prepared for shipping through our warehouse and track orders.
- Stock shelves and assist with merchandising showroom
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications that we require**:

- 1-2 years’ experience in a counter sales/inside sales position (Customer service position is ok too)
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Excellent listening, verbal and written communication
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm
- Able to perform basic calculations and mathematical figures
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- High level of integrity and work ethic

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $48,000.00 per year

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
