Early Childhood Educator

**Are you passionate about nurturing young minds?**

We are seeking a dedicated Early Childhood Educator to join our team. In this role, you will create a stimulating and nurturing environment for children aged 0-12, fostering their growth and development.

**About the Role**:

- Deliver high-quality early learning and childcare programs aligned with WHELC guidelines.
- Develop and implement developmentally appropriate activities in collaboration with children, families, and the community.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children through constant supervision and adherence to centre policies and procedures.
- Build strong relationships with parents and colleagues through open communication.
- Maintain a clean and safe learning environment that complies with all childcare licensing standards.
- Provide essential child care support, including diapering, toileting, and hygiene assistance.

**Qualifications**:

- Early Childhood Education certification (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
- Current Criminal Record Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues
- Demonstrated leadership abilities

**We Offer**:

- Competitive hourly wage: $15.50 - $23.00 plus wage enhancement
- Flexible work schedule: Casual, part-time, fixed-term contract
