The Saskatoon Region Early Childhood Intervention Program (SRECIP) is a non-profit organization seeking passionate individuals to join our team in supporting families with children from birth to school age who have, or may be at risk for, developmental delays.

What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience working with families and young children with diverse developmental needs.
- In-depth knowledge of early childhood development and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Strong coaching and collaboration skills to guide parents and caregivers.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Confidence in using assessment tools to guide individualized planning.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, including proficiency with computer programs.
- A valid Saskatchewan driver's license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).
Position Details
- Term: 12 months, Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)
- Pay: $25.47 to $29.62/hour (based on education and experience)
- Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, flexible schedule, meaningful work, paid vacation plus paid holiday breaks (Christmas, New Year's, Easter).
Minimum Qualifications
- A recognized professional degree in Early Childhood Development or a two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE III) equivalent to Saskatchewan training.
- 2–3 years of experience working with families and children with developmental delays or diverse needs.
- Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector).
