What We’re Looking For
- Extensive experience working with families and young children with diverse developmental needs.
- In-depth knowledge of early childhood development and evidence-based intervention strategies.
- Strong coaching and collaboration skills to guide parents and caregivers.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
- Confidence in using assessment tools to guide individualized planning.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, including proficiency with computer programs.
- A valid Saskatchewan driver’s license and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed).

Position Details
- Term: 12 months, Full-Time (37.5 hrs/week)
- Pay: $25.47 to $29.62/hour (based on education and experience)
- Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, flexible schedule, meaningful work, paid vacation plus paid holiday breaks (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter).

Minimum Qualifications
- A recognized professional degree in Early Childhood Development or a two-year diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECE III) equivalent to Saskatchewan training.
- 2-3 years of experience working with families and children with developmental delays or diverse needs.
- Criminal Record Check (Vulnerable Sector).
