**Overview** We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator with a Saskatchewan Level II Certification to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children. You will work closely with children aged 3 to 5 years, fostering their love for learning through engaging activities and play-based education. Must be available to start on Thursday July 24th, Monday-Friday, either 7:30-3:30 or 9:00-5:00 We offer paid sick time, paid wellness days and employee benefits after 3 months. No on-site parking **Responsibilities** - Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that align with play and exploration programming. - Create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment. - Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and creativity. - Assess and monitor each child's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians. - Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the educational experience and share best practices. - Maintain a clean and organized classroom space that promotes learning. - Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. - Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with early childhood education trends. **Qualifications** - Saskatchewan Certification Early Childhood Education Level II is required. Level I or Level III will not be accepted. - Valid First Aid and CPR "C" is required - Current CPIC, less than 6 months old is required. - Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education practices. - Previous experience in an early childhood setting is highly desirable.
