**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and organizing documents.
- Manage data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients as needed.
- Maintain organized records and ensure all files are up-to-date.
- Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance office productivity and efficiency.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Proficiency in clerical skills such as typing, filing, and data entry.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $23.38-$24.86 per hour
