Family Plumbing and Heating is looking to add to the team We are in search of an Administrative Assistant for our Regina location.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our customers. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment and has strong communication and administrative skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet customers in a professional manner
- Schedule and dispatch service appointments
- Maintain and update the company’s content management system
- Track office supply inventory and place orders when necessary
- Write and distribute routine correspondence
- Compile data and prepare reports as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date contact information for company employees, suppliers, and customers
- Communicate effectively with technicians and management
- Maintain an organized and professional front office
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed

**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Class 5 Drivers Licence
- Minimum 1 year of secretarial or receptionist experience preferred
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong customer service skills
- Comfortable using computers, phones, and office software
- Experience in a plumbing or trade service company is an asset but not required

**Hours & Compensation**
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Wage: $18-$24 per hour, depending on experience
- Extended health benefits including prescription drug coverage and dental coverage

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
