Program Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Define strategies to promote all the programs for single mothers.
- Organize or develop different conferences and training for single women.
- Attend management meetings and other applicable meetings to support others with questions on programming or behavior strategies.
- Monitor implementation of program policies and practices.
- Work to keep programs on schedule, within stated budgets, and functioning smoothly.
- Coordinate with the Marketing team all program communications.
- Manage staff work assignments, workloads, and work schedules.
- Create and maintain program records, reports, presentations, and proposals.
- Develop effective negotiation strategies to guarantee incentives delivered during the program implementation.
**Requirements**:
- College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in social work, psychology, and/or education.
- Two or more years experience in coordinating groups, working within community organizations, and/or school preferred
- Exceptional strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Demonstrate creativity, flexibility, and comfort in working within the community
- Ability to work well independently and in groups. Working from the office and in the community
- Respect for diversity
- Time flexibility. Program Coordinator may will be asked to attend training sessions and meetings in the evening
**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Pay: $1.00-$2.00 per hour
