The Center is also known as the repository of information on Value Investing, where Value Investors' thoughts, teachings, writings, investing styles and research are preserved. We accomplish this by having built a virtual library on value investing, thanks to the support of Burgundy Asset Management. This resource is unique and is one of the differentiating aspects of the Value Investing program offered at Ivey vis-à-vis other schools. Current, past and future students and investors worldwide are the beneficiaries of this rich information resource. **Responsibilities**: The Program Coordinator (Centre Coordinator) works independently to support the Centre to facilitate the achievement of its research and program objectives. The Program Coordinator provides support the general operations of the Centre as well as on-going activities, including providing support for projects, budgeting, marketing, external communications, events and conferences, outreach and media. The Program Coordinator is responsible for communicating Centre activities to industry partners, external stakeholders, faculty, and students, and also for providing front line support to visitors and inquiries made to the Centre. The Program Coordinator provides office management support, implements programs, and plans special events/conferences. The Program Coordinator updates and maintains the Centre website, assists with preparation of external reports and communicates directly with stakeholders. **Qualifications**: **Education**: - 2 year community college diploma in business Management/ Administration - Bachelor's degree preferred **Experience**: - 4 years of administrative experience supporting senior management personnel and managing relationships with external clients - Experience supporting senior executives in a research centre or institute is preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - Ability to process information with high levels of accuracy - Strong attention to detail and proofreading abilities with an excellent command of the English language - Ability to analyze and synthesize sizable amounts of detail/data - Demonstrated analytical ability with a working knowledge of accounting principles - Demonstrated ability to work independently and achieve results - Self-driven, independent thinker who is highly motivated and possesses an intrinsic passion for quality - Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage activities both for self and others effectively - Ability and willingness to stay abreast of technological developments - Demonstrated ability to understand and resolve external and internal partner issues - Ability to maintain a positive, outgoing attitude with genuine customer service orientation - Ability to process information with a high degree of accuracy, and follow formal business practices with high attention to detail - Ability to multi-task and maintain an organized and effective personal work environment - Adapts readily and effectively to changing priorities and demands - Personable and courteous in working relationships with colleagues, faculty members, students and the public - Ability to make appropriate decisions and resolve issues by identifying the critical elements of a problem situation and considering each aspect - Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Office - Experience in website maintenance preferred - Intermediate computer skills preferred **Union Statement**: **Western Values Diversity**: **Please Note**: We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those chosen for an interview will be contacted.
