We’re looking for a Service Desk Administrator with strong knowledge of IT operations, methods, products, and technology in order to respond to or escalate support requests.
- Can troubleshoot operating systems, subsystem components, software, and hardware.
- Can generate support documentation for use by Service Desk Administrators and Developer.
- Can provide support and restore IT services/solutions to the end users.
- Can communicate and convey information effectively, verbally and in writing, targeted to the appropriate audience.
- Want to leverage your leadership skills for good - like actively supporting SGI’s culture, expanding your own learning, and supporting your team as they do the same.

Typically, these skills are gained through a **two-year diploma from an accredited post-secondary education institution in a relevant field of study, such as Information Technology, or defined equivalency **and **1 - 2 years’ experience in service desk, desktop, or IT support.**
