RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Meet the Small Victory Bakery’s quality and consistency for all kitchen products

2. Execute all kitchen recipes per company standards. Make vinaigrettes, sauces and sandwiches to order

3. Follows plating and packaging standards

4. Support team with cleaning and bussing tables

5. Periodic cleaning of back of house areas as needed

6. Removal of waste, recyclables and organics throughout the day and end of day

7. Clean and sanitize kitchen and dish washing area including walls, surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment; sweep and mop floors

8. Uses equipment properly and reports any deficiencies to the Store Manager

9. Follows established Food safety protocols

10. Follows Health and Safety protocols

11. Follows Company Employee Handbook guidelines and protocols

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Some experience in a food service environment preferred

2. Experienced using basic cleaning equipment and dish washing preferred but not necessary

3. Ability to work flexible hours, weekdays and weekends

4. Food Safe Certificate preferred

Hours: Two 8 hour shifts per week, Fridays and Saturdays

**Salary**: $16.75-$17.25 per hour
