**About the Role**:
Strathcona North is looking for passionate and reliable Line Cooks and Prep Cooks to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, creative kitchen that blends elevated beer and cocktail food with local ingredients and bold flavours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cook and prep menu items according to recipes and direction from the Sous and Executive Chef
- Maintain a clean and organized station, following all food safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist with inventory and proper storage of deliveries
- Ensure consistent quality, portioning, and presentation of dishes
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth and efficient service
- Bring a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow

**Qualifications**:

- Previous 2+ years experience in a kitchen or culinary setting is required
- Strong knife skills and understanding of basic cooking techniques
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for food and attention to detail
- Food Safe Level 1 required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
