Cloverdale Paint is seeking an **Accounts Receivable Clerk **to help support a temporary leave of absence at our **Head Office** in **Surrey, BC.**

This is a full-time role, with a required 40 hours a week. Office hours are Monday to Friday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Wage is negotiable depending on previous experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Applications of payments received at Branches
- Bank deposits
- Manual A/R Account Adjustments
- Cheque Requests, Account Reconciliations
- Liaise with customers to provide support in different areas
- Posting of EFT’s, online payments, credit cards and till close
- Assist with mail and mailroom duties
- Other duties as directed by Corporate Credit Manager

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in an accounting related position
- Should be honest, respectful, trustworthy, with a positive working attitude
- Positive Attitude
- Accounts Receivable collection call experience / Customer service experience
- Capable of working effectively with customers, sales team and other departments
- Understanding of accounting and general office procedures
- Ability to work independently and/or within a team atmosphere
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to give great attention to small details
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
