About the Role:
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create customer invoices from multiple data sources and investigate discrepancies;
- Prepare and maintain KPIs for AR aging report including days and aged receivables;
- Prepare cash flow reports with operational forecasts;
- Collaborate with Business Development to ensure payments are received from challenging customers;
- Submit invoices and receive payments through external Customer Portals;

What you Bring:
**Our Must Haves**
- Minimum three (3) years of experience in Accounts Receivable;
- Certificate, diploma or degree in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field;
- Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook);
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Experience with Customer Portals (Service Channel, BGIS, Ariba etc) will be considered an asset;
- Experience with ERP software (Sage, PeopleSoft, etc.) and will be considered an asset.
