Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

Contract Term: 6-month initial contract with strong potential for a 6-month extension and transition to full-time employment (FTE)

Position Overview

Seeking Accounts Receivable (AR) Administrator. This role involves high-volume AR processing and daily support to branches.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accurate and timely completion of Accounts Receivable transactions
  • Processing client payments, applying receipts, issuing client statements
  • Managing payment plans, reconciling statements, and assisting with collections
  • Responding to internal and external client inquiries professionally and promptly
  • Supporting the Accounting team and other internal departments as needed
  • Handling a high volume of tasks (approximately 300–400 payments daily)
  • Adjusting payment setups, writing off balances, and posting transactions
  • Providing daily support to branch operations
