**This is a full-time position starting from $55,000-$60,000 (depending on experience) **plus weekly tips**.**

**Qualifications Include**:
- Must have 2+ years in restaurant management or supervising
- Strong communication and problem solving skills
- Serving, bartending or barista experience
- Open availability (evenings and weekends)
- Familiar with all online platform apps (Uber Eats, Skip the Dishes, DoorDash)
- Experience with online reservation systems
- Familiar with POS and payment processing systems
- Knowledge of food and bar beverages
**Responsibilities Include**:
- Manage employees and ensure all staff are following Parallel's standards and policies
- Manage all areas of the restaurant during service
- Responsible for ordering supplies and materials for the restaurant
- Ensuring the quality, speed and effectiveness of service
- Oversee and assist with takeout service
- Maintain cleanliness of storefront
- Answer phone, place takeout orders and book reservations
- Engage with guests and talk about Parallel's products
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
