This is the first NBA licensed restaurant of its kind in North America with high end finishes and is built on a strong food program. Our food is as global as our game.

Positioned as a Premium Casual restaurant, 250 indoor seats and 200 outdoor seats. Restaurant forward with an integrated NBA retail shop.

**The Starting Position**:
We require an experienced Assistant General Manager as a key person to work in conjunction with the GM. You have high work ethic, lead by example, and understand that a guest first attitude guides the success of the restaurant. Strong communication skills are essential in dealing with restaurant Head Office, League requirements, guest-fans relations, special events, and large staff. Being an NBA fan is a bonus

This is a hands-on position as the AGM will need to balance their work schedule between the office and being active with fellow managers and guests during peak periods.

**To be “Drafted” we are looking for these requirements**:

- Minimum of 3 years experience in a Assistant General Management role
- Experience in a high-volume environment
- Proficient computer skills (POS system, Excel, Push Operations or similar)
- Strong knowledge in scheduling, LWB inventory management
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent oral/written communication skills
- Strong analytical/decision-making skills
- Proven success with people development, promotion from within and promoting a positive working culture
- Proven success with creating training/onboarding packages for all staff
- Retail sales experience a bonus
- Flexible schedule

**The Coaches Playbook**:

- Assist in developing and curating and keeping a strong Op's team including Supervisors and Retail Management.
- Scheduling of front of house staff
- Oversees R&M and Smallwares
- Coach and motivate all positions to reach their potential
- Be present, be always active and lead by example
- Never assume, always learn
- Must be able to enter the USA on occasion.

We have the North American rights to open more NBA Courtside Restaurants and plan to do so. This position will for the right person have a great growth opportunity.

Pay: $65,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- AGM: 3 years (preferred)
