**What you Will Do**:
ERTH Corporation is seeking a dynamic individual with proven experience to join our team as a Manager, Human Resources and Safety Compliance. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee Human Resources activities and lead the organization’s Health and Safety program. You will play a key role in facilitating organizational alignment to ERTH’s values of Safety First, Customer Focus, Innovation, Sustainability and Performance Excellence.

**In this hands-on position, key responsibilities will include**:
**Human Resources Management**
- Provide leadership across all HR functions, including talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and succession planning.
- Develop, implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Lead HR reporting and metrics to support data-driven decision-making and compliance monitoring.
- Foster an inclusive, positive, and high-performing workplace culture

**Health & Safety**
- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the organization’s Health and Safety program.
- Develop and maintain safety policies, procedures, training programs, and compliance documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable legislation and standards
- Investigate workplace incidents, identify root causes, implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Promote a culture of wellness and safety, integrating well-being into day-to-day operations.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources (or related), or Human Resources Management Certificate.
- Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) designation or equivalent would be an asset.
- Minimum five years of relevant management experience.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and legislation, including:

- Employment Standards Act
- Occupational Health & Safety Act
- Workplace Safety and Insurance Act
- Pay Equity Act
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, confidentiality, and high ethical standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
