This role is responsible for administering benefits, and pension plans, while also supporting a broad range of HR functions including employee communications, onboarding/offboarding, policy development, and database management. The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment with both unionized and non-unionized employees and demonstrate a people-focused, service-oriented approach. The Senior Human Resources Generalist is a hands-on, on-site professional responsible for supporting and executing a full range of HR programs that foster employee engagement, talent development, performance management, and a positive workplace culture. This role serves as an internal advisor to management and employees, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, collective agreements, and company policies. The Senior HR Generalist will lead initiatives that align people strategies with organizational goals, contributing to a productive, safe, and respectful manufacturing environment.
