Front Desk Receptionist

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and assist clients as they enter the shop, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage phone systems, directing calls to appropriate staff members and taking messages when necessary.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the therapist's.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, including updating client records and managing documentation.
- Take payment and handle direct billing for the clients.
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, proofreading documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient service and excellent customer service.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in an massage or chiropractor facility setting is preferred
- Strong customer support skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and document management.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and assisting clients' needs efficiently.

Pay: $15.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
