Front Desk Receptionist - Casual position (mainly for night and weekend shifts)

We are currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Concierge.

As the Concierge, you will wear a variety of hats The front desk is literally the heartbeat of our community - it’s the place where residents and guests might stop by to find out what is on the calendar of events for the day, to check on a package they’re expecting to receive, to let us know if they have a maintenance issue in their home, or just to lean on the counter and chit-chat about their day.
- Have Standard First Aid Certification - requirement
- Be committed to and passionate about 100% customer satisfaction
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Be excellent at handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
