**Summary**

The Purchasing Admin is a support to the Purchasing Team. This position includes administrative duties, accurate entry of data, report generation and upkeep of system data. Other administrative tasks as required.

**Job Duties**
- Prepare reports for Purchasing Team as scheduled/required weekly/monthly/annually.
- Compare invoices against purchase orders and shipping and receiving documents to verify receipt of items ordered.
- Organize calendar and schedules as required.
- Adding new items and updating and maintenance of current product skus in the system and monitor new item sales/mins.
- Updates master vendor files and price lists.
- Creates and monitors Store-to-Store transfers.
- Maintains do not reorder and discontinued lists of products/vendors and monitor markdowns and aging products.
- Prepare purchase orders in system for buyers as required.
- Other data entry or administrative tasks as required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Expected hours: 38 - 44 per week
