**The Opportunity**

This role includes:

- Managing communications and material flowing in and out of the executive office, including tracking issues and responses, coordinating reviews and approvals, and overseeing briefing documentation.
- Organizing the CEO’s calendar, travel, expenses, and meeting logistics in close collaboration with administrative staff and the Finance team.
- Supporting corporate governance by coordinating CEO-related activities with key external stakeholders and internal partners.
- Preparing executive communications including board reports, internal memos, and briefing materials for CEO review.
- Leading planning and coordination for Executive Committee meetings, retreats, and corporate events.

You are an experienced professional with exceptional judgment, discretion, and communication skills. You demonstrate a balance of diplomacy and tact while ensuring strong execution and follow-through on executive priorities. You’re adept at navigating complex relationships, anticipating needs, and moving seamlessly between strategic coordination and hands-on support in a fast-paced executive environment.

You will have:

- Proven ability to coordinate complex workflows and manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
- Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- Experience preparing executive-level documents and managing high-stakes correspondence.
- A detail-oriented, conscientious approach, combined with strong initiative and problem-solving skills.

Typically, the knowledge and experience required to achieve the above is obtained through a combination of:

- A post-secondary degree in business administration.
- Experience supporting senior executives or governance processes.
- An equivalent combination of education and work experience.
