We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our dynamic team at EC Foundations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth office operations and providing excellent support to our staff and customers. Located in Ottawa, this position plays a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding service.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily office operations and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Handle data entry and maintain accurate records.
- Preparing quotes, estimates and warranty documents.
- Organize files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nepean, ON K2E 7Y5
