As we continue to rapidly expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented **Operations Administrative Assistant **to join our team. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring administrative efficiency and accuracy in vehicle title processing. This position offers excellent opportunities for development and professional growth within a dynamic setting.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently manage the processing of vehicle title packages (ownership documentation) following established processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process vehicle bills of sale, ensuring documentation accuracy, working closely with our buyers and finance team.
- Ensure meticulous organization of both physical and digital files and documents.
- Once familiar with the business, potential to oversee vehicle transport coordination
- Thrive in a fast-paced setting, handling tasks efficiently and accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- 1+ year(s) of related administrative experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Outlook) with quick adaptability to new technologies.
- Strong attention to detail with well-developed organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral), capable of independent and team collaboration.
- Self-driven, open to taking on more responsibilities and grow within the company.
- Comfortable embracing reoccurring tasks, with opportunities for cross-training and development
- Eligible to work in Canada.

**Location**: This role is based in office - 201- 358 175A Street, Surrey.

**Reliable transportation is required** as there is no public transit nearby.

Pay: $48,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
