Saskatoon, Canada Baywest Appliance Service Full time

Baywest Appliance Service requires 2 full-time Bookkeepers / administrative assistants to join our expanding team. The position includes a variety of administrative duties as well as accounting.

Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Qualifications:

- Proficient with Simply Accounting
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Pleasant and professional telephone reception
- Self-motivated and able to multi task in a busy work environment
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Bondable

Job duties will include but not be limited to:

- Enter data into Simply Accounting
- Month end reconciliations
- Enter data into various manufacturer warranty systems
- Answer the telephone and set up service calls
- Some shipping and receiving
- Prepare bank deposits
- Process Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Records management

- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
