**Your mission**:
As an HR Coordinator at Reliable Controls, your mission is to support with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration. You will play a crucial role within the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide support across various HR administrative tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, personnel files, and other HR-related documentation to ensure compliance and organization.
- Manage and triage incoming HR requests from management and employees, ensuring timely responses and solutions.
- Actively participate in planning, implementing, and supporting special HR projects and initiatives.
- Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and conducting reference checks as required.
- Contribute to employer brand recognition by attending career fairs and networking events.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, managing paperwork, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.

**This role might be right for you if you have**:

- A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Human Resources role, demonstrating familiarity with HR processes and practices.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and maintain accurate records.
- Experience with HRIS would be considered an asset.
- High level of professionalism and outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong work ethics and a commitment to excellence in HR practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
