About the job

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of HR tasks, including recruiting, employee onboarding, maintaining employee records as well as some administrative tasks.

As an HR Admin you'll be
- Oversee recruitment efforts by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate employee onboarding by completing necessary paperwork and arranging new hire orientation
- Keep employee records up to date in the HR database
- Manage employee benefits, including enrollments and changes
- Handle invoice management and ensure timely payment of invoices
- Generate reports for all departments

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years of experience in an HR or administrative role
- Proficiency with the Google suite of apps
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
