**Summary**: The **Administrator** is responsible completing a variety of job tasks including office reception and general administrative tasks

**Hours**: 9 AM - 4 PM, five days per week, increased/decreased as needed

**Wage Range**: $20 - $24

**Reports to**: Financial Manager

**Job Duties**:

- Serve as the office receptionist - answer phones cheerfully and confidently and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Greet visitors to the office and direct them appropriately
- Plan annual calendar of company events
- Book and coordinate company events and ensure employees know details
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Manage the co-ordination of IT service as needed
- Facilitate the distribution of employee uniforms
- Help the company to achieve operational objectives in the office and onsite by performing audits and conducting employee surveys
- Promote communication between employees for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise by way of a monthly newsletter and proactive sharing of information
- Prepare special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends as required
- Present information from research and reports, provide recommendations, and develop and implement growth strategies for system improvements
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications

**Requirements**:

- Completion of high school, some college/university/vocational experience
- Capable of using typical programs used in office administration
- Time management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Speak, read, and write English

**Salary**: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
