**Key Responsibilities**:

- Financial Management:_
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Help monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
- Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Develop and maintain job costing.
- Prepare year-end financial documents.
- Administrative Support:_
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in filing, data entry, and maintaining financial records.
- Coordinate communication between departments to support business operations.
- Communicate daily installation schedule with customer.
- Ordering materials.
- Counter Sales:_
- Provide excellent customer service for any walk - in customers.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and transactions.
- Maintain inventory and stock levels at the sales counter.
- Process sales transactions and handle cash management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus.

**Summary**

In the role of Financial Services and Office Administrator, you will be integral to the smooth operation of our office, reporting directly to the President. Your responsibilities will include managing clerical tasks, utilizing QuickBooks for financial tracking, and ensuring effective communication within the team. With a strong foundation in administrative and organizational skills, you will oversee filing systems and vendor management while contributing to payroll and bookkeeping activities. Your ability to analyze data and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, will be essential in supporting our financial objectives and enhancing overall office efficiency.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
