**DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY**
To efficiently provide administrative and clerical support to all internal departments.
**RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES**
- Reporting, filing and handling of incoming Purchase Orders, Sales Inquiries, Marketing requests and Orders.
- Reporting, filing and handling all outgoing Marketing Literature requests
- Reporting, filing and handling all incoming Mail
- Reporting, filing and handling incoming payments via Cheque or Direct Deposit
- Creating and maintaining Customer files
- Reporting, filing and handling incoming invoices
- Other administrative tasks as needed
- Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment
- Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations
- Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary
