Beamsville, Canada Bench Brewing Company Full time

**About Bench Brewing**:
Bench Brewing is an experiential craft brewery located in the world-renowned wine region of Niagara, Ontario. Surrounded by Ontario’s finest agricultural land, our location provides the ideal setting for crafting great, approachable beers that reflect our local terroir.

The Bench Brewing campus sits across eight beautiful acres and features a 50hL brewing system, a tap and tasting room, a beer garden, a ‘funk house’ for our wild ale and barrel fermentation program, and our very own hops field. Our brewery is a place for our guests to relax, learn, and experience the craft of brewing beer.

**The Role**:
The primary role of the Sales Administrator is to support the sales team in meeting our sales targets by ensuring our beer gets into the hands of our customers. The dynamic role includes everything from taking customer orders, supporting the creation of sales pitch materials, coordinating sampling programs, and generally helping to grow our brands in the trade. The sales coordinator is a crucial member of our sales team, and will be someone who is always ready and willing to support wherever is needed.

**Key Responsibilities Include**:

- Accurately processing sales orders in our internal systems and ensuring delivery coordination with our logistics team
- Supporting the sales representatives in monitoring inventory levels and ensuing that we have no out-of-stocks
- Supporting the planning and execution of consumer samplings and other trade activations, including festivals and events.
- Supporting the development, procurement and distribution of trade materials as required
- A post-secondary education, ideally in business administration or a related field.
- Strong communications skills and a dedication to customer service.
- Great organizational skills and the ability to be proactive in anticipating our customers needs.
- A thirst for knowledge - desire to constantly be learning about beer styles and brewing processes, and being excited to share that knowledge with our customers and consumers.
- The drive to win as a team - collaborating to achieve success is what we do here at Bench.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment - willingness to adapt and support in new areas of the business as required.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel).
