**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Content Strategy**:Develop and implement a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with our lofty business goals and target audience needs.
- ** Team Management**:Lead, mentor, and grow a team of content coordinators and junior content creators.
- ** Vendor Management**: Oversee and manage relationships with external vendors, including freelance writers, designers, and developers.
- ** Content Creation**:Guide the creation of high-quality, informative, and motivating content across various formats, including blog posts, sales enablement tools, articles, eBooks, infographics, videos, presentations, social media updates, and member facing communications.
- ** Content Calendar**: Create, manage, and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication of external and internal communications.
- ** SEO Optimization**: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve organic visibility and website traffic.
- ** HubSpot Expertise**:Utilize HubSpot to manage content, track performance, and automate marketing workflows.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Track and analyze content performance metrics, using data to refine strategies and optimize results.
- ** Industry Expertise**: Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the financial services industry, as well as cyclical developments in the tax landscape in Canada

**What You Will Bring**

**Experience**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in content marketing, bonus points if you’ve had clients in, or worked in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience managing a team of content creators.
- Experience managing external vendors (writers, designers, PR, etc.).

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with HubSpot marketing automation software.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS).
- Ability to harvest (through interviews with thought leaders) and translate complex financial information into clear and concise language.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
