**What You’ll Do**

**Build and Grow the Content Team**:

- Review and edit copy created by junior writers, offering constructive feedback and guidance.
- Manage writers and team performance

**Lead Strategy & Ideation**:

- Develop effective messaging strategies aligned with client goals.

Plan and execute website content structures, landing pages, and creative campaigns.

**Create Impactful Copy**:
Balance creativity with strategic messaging to deliver exceptional results.

**Adapt and Refine**:
Ensure all content aligns with the client’s unique brand voice and business objectives.

Optimize copy using SEO and CRO best practices to enhance engagement and conversions.

**Collaborate & Communicate**:
Work cross-functionally with marketing, design, and account teams to ensure cohesive execution.

Maintain quality control and ensure consistent standards of excellence.

**Research & Innovate**:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging content practices.

**What You’ll Bring**

**Experience**: 7+ years as a copywriter, preferably in a fast-paced agency setting.

**Skills**: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.

**Strategic Thinking**: A proven ability to align copy with broader marketing objectives and audience needs.

**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

**Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with SEO best practices, keyword research tools, and B2C & B2B marketing dynamics.

**Portfolio**: A diverse portfolio showcasing website copy, landing pages, and other high-impact content.
