GrowME is a dynamic and innovative marketing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional results for our clients. We are now seeking a highly skilled and strategic Director of Marketing to take the lead in promoting our agency’s brand and services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a robust brand strategy that aligns with our agency’s goals.
- Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote the agency’s services and successes.
- Oversee content creation efforts, including blog posts, case studies, videos, and more.
- Lead PR initiatives and manage relationships with media outlets and industry influencers.
- Optimize our website and online presence to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and campaigns.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand our reach and influence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and implement innovative marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within a marketing agency or related industry.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content creation, and PR.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing metrics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $55,642.12-$65,950.20 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
