**About the Position**:
- Minimum 20 hours/week (10am-2pm Monday-Friday to start) and must be flexible to work up to 40 hours per week
- Handwriting personalized birthday and seasonal cards for clients
- Preparing weekly mailers & making post office runs
- Assisting the marketing role in a variety of day-to-day tasks
- Assisting staff members including out-of-office errands, donation drop-offs, product pick-ups, and more (*must own a vehicle with a valid driver's license)
- Performing daily organizational tasks using Google Workspace & more (client data entry, updating client files, keeping track of client gift information, and more)
- Keeping track of office inventory and notifying staff as needed for reordering
- Occasionally working on weekends for JC Events
- Occasionally volunteering within the community with JC Staff
**Required Skills**:
- Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle to use while working
- Nice penmanship and creative flair
- Attention to detail in all aspects of the role (from client gifts to client files)
- Experience using Google Workspace
- Experience working in a small office environment is preferred
- Experience working in the mortgage industry is considered an asset
- Resourceful and able to work independently
- Highly organized and likes to work ahead
- Positive attitude and likes to have fun while at work
