**_ Associate, Life Insurance Administration_**

**Job Summary**
You will provide daily office services to support the Life Insurance Administration as well as customer service support. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth administration of the department’s document management processes, handle incoming and outgoing mail, distribution of policy statements and notices, and assisting the team with various policy-related tasks.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Document Administration: Efficiently handle incoming/outgoing mail, and processing of carrier policy statements and notices to advisors. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all policy-related documentation distribution.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate and corresponded closely with Life Insurance Administration team and insurance agents to ensure cohesive and streamlined service experience.

**Qualifications**
- Experience in a similar role, preferably in financial services firm exposure to both insurance and investments;
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards;
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities;

**How to differentiate yourself from others**:

- Knowledge of life insurance products, carrier process, and life insurance administration;
- Knowledge of Equisoft Centralize, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and/or Dataphile; and/or
- Insurance license an asset.
