NuBuild Contracting Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented **Project Administrative Assistant** to provide comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our Project Managers and Coordinators in the telecommunications construction sector. This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), strong communication skills, and the ability to manage documentation and project data in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide daily administrative support to Project Managers and Coordinators for ongoing telecommunications projects.
- Maintain and update project documentation, schedules, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Use Microsoft Excel to track project milestones, budget updates, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Assist in preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and status reports.
- Coordinate communications between internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Organize and maintain project files, folders, and records in both digital and hard-copy formats.
- Support invoicing, purchase orders, and tracking of materials and subcontractor work.
- Follow up on outstanding items, deadlines, and required deliverables.
- Help manage project databases, logs, and other tracking tools.
- Assist with quality assurance and documentation control processes.

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or project support role (experience in construction or telecommunications is an asset).
- Strong proficiency in **Microsoft Excel**, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working with project management or construction software is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

Pay: $48,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
