Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating across departments and providing support and/or managing special projects as assigned
- Engaging with customers in an inviting and professional manner to deliver exceptional experiences and nurture lasting relationships
- Supporting the company sales cycle including assisting with sales proposals, promotions, onboarding of new customers and vendors and customer relationship management
- Maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating sound judgement
- Developing a thorough understanding of BYL products and offerings
- Representing the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of BYL products and offerings
- Maintaining up to date records for customers in Dynamics
- Regularly communicating with customers regarding pricing, promotions and product information
- Relying on readily available assistance from team members and supervisors to resolve issues as they relate to customer inquiries
- Consistently increasing knowledge and awareness of products and services offered and sharing that knowledge with customers
- Posting and responding on social media platforms
- Create and manage marketing media
- Maintain ecommerce site
- Assist the Orders team with other duties as needed
- Maintaining filing system
- Other data entry duties as required
Qualifications:
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 knowledge is an asset
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to work independently, as well as with the team
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to communicate English effectively both verbally and in writing
- Must have excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must be detail oriented
- Excellent computer and social media skills
**Salary**: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
