Position Overview:
The Warehouse Administrator is responsible for assisting the Warehouse Team s (Fabric and Tri ms) with all administrative and supportive duties in the RM Warehouse at Canada Goose. This can include maintaining document control in the warehouse, facilitating secondary checks of picked orders, troubleshooting picking discrepancies and updating tracking logs and other tasks as assigned.

**What**You’ll**Do**:

- Ensure shipping documentation is accurately proc essed, verified and sent with each shipment
- Verify with Raw Materials Team Lead which orders have been a udited before shipping
- A secondary audit person on completed outbound transfer orders
- Liaise with the Inventory Team to help troubleshoot reoccurring issues
- Help maintain adequate flow of raw materials within facility
- Assist the receiving of outbound and inbound shipments (Forklift certified)
- Prepare, book, and facilitate the shipments f or our sewing facilities and CMTs
- Ability to adjust working hours to accommodate late arrivals for our pickup/drop-off
- Other tasks assigned by the RM Warehouse Manager

**Let's**Talk About You**:

- 2-4 years of logistic s experience, preferably in a warehouse environment
- High school Diploma
- Experience with Microsoft products and ERP systems preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
