**Job Summary**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Logistics & warehouse specialist** to join our growing logistics team for Scarborough locations. This role is ideal for someone with a background in logistics or supply chain management who is also interested in contributing to business development through customer outreach and sales initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist the Logistics Manager in daily operations, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating shipments.
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
- Organize and maintain inventory with accuracy and efficiency.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, shipping schedules, inventory levels, and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide tailored logistics solutions;
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency and service quality.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with logistics software is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and perform well under pressure.
- Mandarin preferred.
