**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Invoicing and Administrative Tasks**:

- Prepare, review, and process invoices in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Assist with data entry, inventory management, and other clerical duties.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Use company software to manage orders, update inventory, and track shipments.
- **Warehouse Operations**:

- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and store inventory in the warehouse, ensuring items are correctly labeled and easy to locate.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including picking, packing, and labeling.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or operations role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20 lbs).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
