**How You'll Help Us Better Serve Our Clients**

**What You'll Be Doing**

Event Management:

- Plan, manage, and execute a variety of internal and external events, including seminars, webinars, client receptions, and internal activities.
- Manage all event logistics, including venue selection, catering, registration, and on-site coordination.
- Track event budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain event planning timelines and checklists.

Marketing Support:

- Write engaging content for social media platforms, website updates, and marketing materials (e.g., brochures).
- Manage lawyer and law firm award submissions, including researching opportunities, coordinating and writing submissions, and tracking deadlines.
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
- Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations.

**Administrative Tasks**:

- Handle administrative tasks such as processing invoices, managing expenses, and maintaining records.
- Manage sponsorship logistics, including coordinating with internal clients and external organizations.
- Update and maintain marketing databases and mailing lists.
- Provide support for other marketing initiatives as needed.

**How You'll Be a Great Fit For This Role**
- 4+ years of experience in event planning and/or marketing.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
