Events & Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for an ambitious and coachable** Events & Marketing Specialist** to join our go-to-market team. In this role, you’ll be primarily responsible for the end-to-end execution of our events, including industry conferences, webinars, and special customer events. You’ll also get hands-on experience executing exciting campaigns, working with modern martech tools, and collaborating with marketing, revenue operations, and sales.
Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you’ll get to work on initiatives that have a direct impact on our company’s pipeline and revenue.

**What you’ll do**:
- **Event project management and support**:Coordinate all aspects of our presence at industry conferences with the goal of delivering a memorable experience to our prospects, increase awareness of our awesome brands, and help our team generate pipeline and revenue
- **Webinar execution**:Plan, organize and execute webinars that deliver incredible value to our target audience
We’re a small and agile team, so depending on team capacity at any given time, you’ll also get to work on the following:
- **Social media**: Help reach and educate our target audience with interesting and useful content on LinkedIn and other social networks
- **Operations**:Increase our team efficiency by assisting with some administrative tasks (e.g. submitting receipts to our finance team so they don’t get mad at us )
- **Digital advertising and lead generation**: Get nerdy with our team to optimize our digital paid programs
**What You'll Have**:
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in events and SaaS marketing
- Proven ability to manage projects, deliver on time, and measure the success of your programs
- A track record in putting together events and webinars, including collaborating with vendors and stakeholders, to meet deadlines on time and in high quality
- Out-of-the-box thinking, a growth mindset, and a willingness to experiment, document learnings, and share insights
- A data-driven approach to creating and executing marketing campaigns
- Optional: Hands-on experience using marketing tools like Zoom Webinars, HubSpot, Salesforce, Asana, Canva, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite

- Pay range for this role: $70,000 to $80,000 depending on experience
