**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years experience in a finance role
- Education is considered an asset in the field of business/finance/accounting or related field
- Familiar using accounting software
- Proficient using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to take initiative with excellent communication skills
- Criminal record check required

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing Bi-weekly and Monthly Payroll and Remittances efficiently and on time.
- Preparing and customizing accurate invoices and accruals for each account and client within assigned deadlines.
- Paying company invoices and contractors in a timely manner.
- Maintaining client, project, and budget information.
- Preparing, verifying, and closing purchase orders.
- Maintaining historical records by filing documents, maintaining an orderly system, and assembling information for external auditors.
- Providing clerical support including preparing reports and performing other administrative duties.
- Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with highly sensitive information.
- Communicating with clients or on-site personnel effectively and professionally.
- Demonstrating high attention to detail, strong analytic and problem-solving skills, and ability to multi task.
